The Best Film of 2025 goes to Deep Field Cinema! Their film ‘’Doom Scroll’’ will go on to represent Global against all the other city winners from around the world at Filmapalooza 2026!

Favienne Howsepian - Cinematographer
Favienne Howsepian is a freelance cinematographer from the San Francisco Bay Area with an MFA from the American Film Institute Conservatory and a recipient of the ASC Student Heritage Award for her film Snowplow. She has shot a wide range of projects, from commercials for Mattel, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola to documentaries and political campaigns across the U.S. Passionate about stories that explore the beauty and complexity of the human condition, Favienne uses her lens to capture authentic, emotionally resonant perspectives.
Igor Riabchuk - Filmmaker
A multifaceted filmmaker from Odessa, Ukraine, combining a tech-savvy background with strong creative expertise. With a master’s in theoretical physics, experience in 3D modeling, animation, and NLP training, he founded the post-production company Visus and later shifted to directing and cinematography. He also founded the Filmmakers Guild of Odessa, teaches filmmaking internationally, and created the StreetKast casting app.
Bjorn Christians - Writer/Director
Director and screenwriter from Eindhoven. From a young age, he loved creating stories—first inspired by the films and video games he grew up with. After studying journalism, he returned to his true passion: storytelling. Known for his quick wit and curiosity about people, Bjorn finds inspiration in the everyday stories and personalities of those he works with. He wrote and directed a number of award winning 48HFP films and short films.
