Écrire, tourner et éditer un court métrage en fonction du genre que vous avez tiré au Kickoff et le personnage, accessoire et ligne de dialogues requis pour votre ville.

Le gagnant du prix du meilleur film est sélectionné pour Filmapalooza en mars 2027 et est éligible pour le Short Film Corner du Festival de Cannes !

Reno creatives — mark your calendar.
Cue the Chaos is happening Friday, July 31 at Reno Public Market (2–9 PM), and it's the official kickoff to the Reno 48 Hour Film Project Season. Think auditions, headshots, a voice-over competition, a costume contest, a silent auction, vendors, and a whole lot of creative mayhem.
Here's what's waiting for you:
Auditions — Sign up for the 48HFP, future film projects, paid work, or all of the above. Recorded and uploaded for team leaders to review.
Headshots — Limited window (2–4 PM). Get a fresh headshot for your casting profile.
Voice-Over Competition — Submit your best VO performance. Winners announced after the event.
Silent Auction — Bid on gear, services, and experiences. Winners announced at 6 PM.
Costume Contest — Dress up, compete, win prizes. Must be present at 5:30 PM. (Lord of the Rings Theme)
Vendors, sponsors, networking — Meet the Reno film community IRL.
Best part? It's free. Costumes encouraged. Chaos highly encouraged.
After the event Reno Public market will host live music with the Retro Dolls. Food and drinks available for purchase throughout the event.
