The 48 Hour Film Project

1. Eligibilité

En France, le chef d'équipe peut être majeur ou mineur avec autorisation des parents. Les personnes qui n'ont pas le droit de participer au 48HFP sont : Les membres de l'organisations France ainsi que la famille et les co producteurs.

2. To Enter

To register for the 48 Hour Film Project in the United States, follow the instructions found on www.48hourfilm.com. Registration is based on a first-come first-served basis and space is limited. Early Bird registration fees are $158 per team. Regular registration fees are $178 per team. Late registration fees are $198 per team. First Year Cities Only: If the 48HFP is coming to a city for the first time, the Early Bird registration fee per team is $125, the Regular registration fee is $135 and the Late registration fee is $145. Typically, Early Bird registration begins 8 weeks before a competition and closes 4 weeks before the competition. Typically, Regular registration begins 4 weeks before the competition and closes 2 weeks before the competition. Typically, Late registration begins 2 weeks before the competition. 3. Official Filmmaking Period

In the United States, each 48 Hour Film Project will commence on a Friday and end on the following Sunday as announced on the 48 Hour Film Project website. Days of the week may vary in other countries.

4. Remboursement

Les 48HFP ne rembourse pas les frais d'inscription. Sauf si le 48HFP prend la responsabilité d'annuler une compétition.

5. Participations des mineurs

Les mineurs voulant participer au festival, devront avoir une autorisation des parents.

6. Accord de chef d'équipe

Le chef d'équipe doit signer le document accord et chef d'équipe et le rendre à la production. En l'absence de cet accord l'équipe ne pourra pas participer.

As a condition of entry, participants must agree to the Team Leader's Agreement, which sets forth the rights of Entrant and 48HFP with respect to the use of Entries by 48HFP. Entries that do not include all required information and adhere to the foregoing and following requirements will be considered void and will not be considered in this 48 Hour Film Project.

7. Coûts de production

Les coûts de  production sont à la charge des participants.

8. Judging of Entries

Pour qu'un film soit éligible, il devra respecter toutes les règles. (voir : page les règles)

9. Kick off

Lors du kick off une personne par équipe (pas nécessairement le chef d'équipe) doit être présente pour le tirage au sort et l'annonce des éléments.

11. Project Terms of Submission

By submitting an Entry into this 48 Hour Film Project, each Entrant warrants and represents that the Entrant owns all rights to the Entry he/she is entering in this Project, including, without limitation, the video or digital recording, and the performance contained in each Entry, with the exception of any assets provided by the 48HFP for use by Entrants in connection with this Project. Each Entrant further warrants and represents that the Entrant has obtained permission from each person who appears in the Entry to grant the rights to the Project Parties described in these Official Rules, and will submit copies of such permissions to the Project Parties. By submitting an Entry, Entrant agrees to the Official Rules, and further agrees to indemnify and hold the 48HFP, Project Parties and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the Project Indemnitees), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Project Indemnitees due to or arising out of the Entrant's Entry materials in this Project, or the Entrant's conduct during and in connection with this Project, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation. Entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless 48HFP and the Project Parties from any and all claims that any advertising, presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of 48HFP or the Project Parties infringes on the rights of Entrant's work as contained in any Entry.

12. Participation dans plusieurs villes

Les participants peuvent participer dans toutes les villes, et donc gagner plusieurs fois le prix du meilleur film.

13. Choix des chefs d'équipe

Le chef d'équipe est la personne qui sera en relation avec l'organisation du 48HFP. Le chef d'équipe à aussi la responsabilité de son équipe.

14. Sélection des gagnants

Les films seront jugés deux fois : Une première fois en local. Puis dans un second temps, tous les meilleurs films de chaque ville seront en compétition pour le prix du meilleur film à l'échelle mondiale par un nouveau jury. Un jury qualifié et spécialement dédié pour l'occasion permettra d'évaluer les films en utilisant les critères suivants :

• Création artistique (scénario, créativité) 45%
• Technique 30 %
• Eléments imposés 25 %
  

15. 48 Hour Film Project Winner

The Top Entry in each city will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken based on the highest score in the first Judging Criteria, continuing thereafter to each Judging Criteria in order, as needed to break the tie. Entrants agree that the 48HFP has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this 48 Hour Film Project and that all decisions of 48HFP are final and binding.

16. Prix du meilleur film

Le gagnant de chaque ville en 2023 apparaîtra dans la projection de Filmapalooza. 

17. Conditions de participations

En participant au 48HFP, les participants acceptent les règles officielles. Le 48HFP est régie par les lois du District de Columbia, Washington, DC, Etats-Unis, et de toutes les réclamations doivent être résolue par les tribunaux du district de Columbia.

18. Responsabilité

Le 48HFP n'assume aucune responsabilité pour le dysfonctionnement de l'équipement technique et affecte les opérations 48HFP: erreurs matérielles et logicielles; problèmes dans les communications découlant d'ordinateurs, téléphones, câble, satellite, réseau, composants électroniques, wi-fi ou par Internet et d'autres; les serveurs, les hôtes et les fournisseurs; echec de transmissions, l'échec de toutes les transmissions électroniques à être envoyé ou reçu; communications par e-mail qui sont perdus, retardés ou interceptées; à toutes les difficultés d'accès ou partie du Site Web officiel pour une raison quelconque;  l'utilisation abusive, la perte, l'inaccessibilité ou l'indisponibilité de tous les comptes de messagerie qui sont utilisés dans le cadre de la 48HFP. Les organisateurs de la 48HFP ne sont pas responsables des erreurs typographiques dans l'annonce des gagnants ou les règlements officiels, ou pour toutes les données inexactes contenues dans le site Web et les pages maintenues par 48HFP sur les réseaux sociaux. L'utilisation du site Web et les pages 48HFP sur les réseaux sociaux est de la responsabilité de l'utilisateur. le 48HFP et les organisateurs ne sont pas responsables de toute blessure ou dommages à la propriété ou toute perte de toute nature qui pourraient se produire par la participation au 48HFP ou l'utilisation de matériel informatique dans le cadre de cet intérêt, l'utilisation du site Web ou télécharger tout Informations sur le site Web. En participant au 48HFP, le participant accepte de céder, indemniser et exonérer l'48HFP de toute réclamation, dommages et obligations découlant ou en relation avec la participation au 48HFP.
