The weekend? June 2 - 4, 2017

The challenge? To make a film in only 48 hours!

Filmmakers from all over the Austin, TX area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film will go up against films from around the world at Filmapalooza 2018 for a chance at the grand prize and an opportunity to screen at the Cannes Film Festival 2018, Court Métrage.

The Premiere Screenings for the 2017 Austin 48 Hour Film Project take place at Southwest Lake Creek Discount Theater. Tickets can be purchased at the links below:

No matter... come check it out. You won't believe our teams wrote, filmed, edited and scored these award-winning vignettes in only 48 hours!

Tickets are $8 before June 16th, $10 online until showtime and $12 at the door. Team Leads get 2 Comps each.
