The DC 48 Hour Film Project producers are holding a special meet up session for aspiring team leaders & team leaders. If you’re interested in starting your own team, or already have a team signed up in the 2018 competition, this session is for you. Producers James Lewis and Stephanie Cristancho are interested in meeting with you to see what positions and resources you still may need for the upcoming 48 Hour Film Project. If you are thinking about starting your own team, but are on the fence and need help forming one, come talk to us and we will do our best to assist you in finding actors and crew. This is a great opportunity for one on one time with the producers of the event to answer any questions you may have.
About the DC 48 Hour Film Project
Filmmakers from all over the Washington, DC area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film will go up against films from around the world at Filmapalooza 2019 for a chance at the grand prize and an opportunity to screen at the Cannes Film Festival 2019, Court Métrage. The 2018 DC 48 Hour Film Project Competition takes place the weekend of May 4th-6th.
