Last Chance To Register For The Four Points Film Project!Tuesday, October 25, 2016
We've seen what you can do in 48 hours--just imagine what you'll be able to do in 72! Register for our global online competition, the Four Points Film Project, and make your short film in the 72 hour period of this November 11th-14th for a shot at filmmaking awards, cash, and even a chance to screen at Filmapalooza AND Cannes!
But you've got to hurry--regular registration is ending soon, and there are only a limited number of spaces available!
Regular Registration Ends November 1st
Don't pay more money than you have to--register your team before November 1st while we're still in the regular registration period. After that you'll pay an extra $15 during the late registration period.
This year we increased registration spaces to a maximum of 250 teams. Those extra spaces will go fast though, so sign up to guarantee your spot in the competition.
Filmmakers from all over the world will compete to see who can make the best short film in only three days. The 4PFP is an online contest which follows the same basic idea of the 48HFP - write, produce, and edit a short film in just a weekend using an assigned genre and three elements which are announced via email at the start of the weekend.
The 4PFP films are all judged by a panel of film professionals, and the top 4PFP film will be awarded $3000 USD and screen at both Filmapalooza in Seattle next March and the Cannes Film Festival in May of 2017, Court Métrage. Additionally the top 15 films will be made available online where the general public will vote for the winner of Audience Favorite, who will receive $1000 USD and also screen at Filmapalooza in March.
