The CineKid 48 Hour Film Project
A year of anniversaries!
It's the 48HFP's 10th anniversary and the 5th for Netherlands 48HFP!! But we're not the only ones - CineKid is celebrating their 25th year! We invite you to join in the festivities by creating a new film for a special post-season competition:
The 48 Hour Film Project - CineKid Edition
CineKid is the world's largest film festival featuring movies specifically for children. To learn more about the festial, please visit their website.
CineKid 48HFP takes place the weekend of 7 - 9 October 2011 in Amsterdam. It will be very similar to the 48HFP you've all come to know and love, but will feature of few twists:
- Films must be suitable for children (6-14 year old)
- You will be randomly assigned a genre suitable for children.
- All films must be spoken in Dutch
Registration fees are 125€ per team and include a master class children's film-making (in collaboration Cinekid early October) and support for child-casting. Team slots are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Sign up early to reserve your spot!
