Our judges are currently deliberating on this year's winners. Awards will be determined for a number of categories, including Best Film, which will go on to represent Cleveland at Filmapalooza and vie for Best 48HFP Film of 2014.

All winners will be announced at the Best Of Screening. Details can be found below.

New Amsterdam Vodka 48HFP Invitational

Notes  Cleveland is one of 25 cities around the U.S. selected to participate in this special 48 hour filmmaking invitational sponsored by New Amsterdam Vodka. Five teams were selected by our judges to create a special branded video featuring New Amsterdam Vodka called "It's your town"-featuring all of the things that make Cleveland such a cool place to live, work, and play! The films will be screened at the Best Of on August 7th along with the top films from the summer 48HFP.

Best Of Screening

Notes  This special screening will feature all of the top award-nominated films from the 2014 Cleveland 48 Hour Film Project. We're excited to be in the Capitol Theatre for the first time ever.

Wrap Party

Notes  Join us for a very special Awards Ceremony & Wrap Party for the 2014 48 Hour Film Project. The event will begin immediately following the Best Of screening at the Capitol Theatre--the second floor atrium of the Marriott, which is just a short drive from the Capitol. There will be appetizers, a cash bar, a DJ, and of course the announcement of all the award winning films from this year's 48HFP!

Tickets for the Awards Ceremony & Wrap Party are $15/person and are available online at There may also be a limited number of tickets available at the door for cash only.

Five of the top films from this summer's 48HFP will be screened at OIFF this fall. Selections have been narrowed down to the following films--the winners will be announced at our Awards Ceremony on August 7th at the Marriott. Here are the finalists:

The audience was asked to vote for their favorite three films at each of our premier screenings at Tower City Cinemas.
